Synopsis:
Elongated Man, Flash, and Power Girl visit Cannes for the annual film festival. They meet Fire and Ice, who are also attending the festival. A man with the power to become characters from film is also in attendance, posing as Flint Clintwood. When authorities find out that he is an imposter they arrest him. He escapes by changing into Godzilla. This brings him to the attention of the Justice Leaguers. A chase ensues. The man escapes by becoming a dog and slipping away. The Leaguers are blamed for the incident and are forced to leave town with more questions than answers.
