Synopsis:
Following a record oil spill off the coast of Alaska, Captain Springsteen has taken refuge in a hunting lodge. Green Arrow tracks him down, but a storm traps them in the cabin. Meanwhile, the oil company is able to spin the public outrage in their favor. When the storm breaks, they intend to bring Springsteen back to civilization as a scapegoat. However, the rescue plane carrying the only men who know his whereabouts crashes. Green Arrow then leaves the cabin on foot, leaving Springsteen trapped in the cabin with his own guilt.
