Synopsis:
The Ghost sends operatives to kidnap Babylon, Allard, and Goslin. He then breaks Kobra out of Belle Reve and arranges for Kobra to take credit for the kidnappings. Captain Atom, Major Force, and Doctor Spectro are then sent to rescue the hostages. Kobra used dopplegangers of the Allard and Babylon to fool Captain Atom, then kills them. He even uses a doppelganger of himself which is destroyed by Captain Atom. After the battle, not enough remains of the dead hostages to identify. Allard and Babylon are believed dead, but the Ghost still has them as hostages. He plans to turn them and Goslin against the Atom Project.
