Synopsis:
While Martin Allard is held captive he is brainwashed. An escape is then arranged to allow Martin to return to his old life. Martin carries a hatred of Major Force for killing his mother. He then finds information that his biological father hired Zmeck. Believing Wade Eiling is his father, Allard turns to the Ghost for help.
The Ghost convinces Allard to steal x-ionized material. Allard kills Homer Lockleed in the process. The Ghost then uses the material to transform Allard into a quantum powered man like Captain Atom and Major Force. Martin then seeks his revenge by targeting Eiling and Force. Captain Atom intervenes, but he and Force suddenly vanish. Eiling then tells Martin that Martin Lockleed was Allard's true father. Lockleed is now dead, as is his son Homer at Allard's hand.
