Synopsis:
The public continues to grow fearful of Batman when a killer using his name murders two young lovers. The real Batman investigates by examining the bodies at the morgue. Meanwhile, radio talk show host Jack Hemp interviews Tod Nathan Taylor and Fred Lasker, the publisher and creator of a Batman comic book which is inciting fear.
