Synopsis:
While vacationing in the mid-west, Lee Travis and Wing visit a traveling sideshow which features African natives as Wild Men. That night, the Wild Men, are reported as thieves. However, the loot is not found in their trailer and the sideshow manager claims that the natives were sleeping.

When another robbery occurs in the next town after the sideshow moves, the Crimson Avenger and Wing try to stop the Wild Men. However, they can't catch them. Once again, the natives were apparently asleep in the trailer during the robbery.

The Crimson Avenger decides to follow the sideshow when it moves on to the next city. This time he stakes out the trailer and discovers a hidden cavern nearby. Inside are the real crooks who have been following the sideshow. Although they trap the Avenger in the cave, he escapes and tracks them down. The real natives are exonerated, and the crooks apprehended.
