This story continues in part in Justice League America #29.
Synopsis:
Ice agrees to go on a date with Guy Gardner. He takes her to a porno theater owned by the reformed super-villain Black Hand. When Guy and Ice are spotted, the former criminal believes that he is being targeted by the Justice League. He dons his old costume and picks a fight with Guy. Ice feels sorry for him, but Guy beats him up even after Hand surrenders.
Later Barda takes Fire to the roof to test out her new powers which were altered by the gene bomb.
