Synopsis:
Slam and Shorty visit an amusement park run by Happy Hogan. They run off a gang of racketeers who are hassling Hogan. The park owner explains that Gloomy Gus is trying to make him hire to clowns and pay for the privilege. Hogan hires Slam for protection. However, Slam soon uncovers a secret. The clowns working for Hogan are all crooks hiding from the law. Gloomy Gus had found out about it and was trying to get a piece of the action. Slam exposes Hogan's operation and turns the crooked clowns over to the police.
