Synopsis:
Actor Bill Anderson stars as Courageous Man, the costumed star of a television series. After several near miss accidents, Anderson hires Christopher Chance to take his place on set to find out who is trying to kill him. The suspects include Doug Duncan, the actor who portrays Courageous Man's partner Minute Lad, Perry Klein, the director, and the producer Frazier White.
After surviving several more accidents, Chance is approached by Barney, an electrician who has realized that the Human Target has replaced Anderson. Barney has information about the murder attempts, but he is killed before he can talk. Chance uncovers clues which point to White as the killer. He then exposes and captures the killer.
