Synopsis:
Gangster Bullneck Burtis is released from jail and immediately rejoins his gang. The gang kidnaps Junior Lewker, a wealthy kid and his nurse and plan to ransom them back to the father. However, the nurse throws a clock out the window which hits Slam Bradley who is standing outside. Slam enters the building to investigate, then helps rescues the kid.
