This story is continued from Action Comics Weekly #630 and continues in Action Comics Weekly #632.
Synopsis:
Blackhawk concludes his meeting with President Truman and agrees to use Blackhawk Airways as a CIA front operation. Following the meeting, he returns to Singapore to help move his operations. Natalia Reed has left and will not be joining them. Blackhawk is then introduced to Constance Darabont, the woman he is scheduled to escort to Germany. Meanwhile Nazi agents are planning to intercept Blackhawk and replace Darabont with a disguised agent Gretchen Koblenz.
