Synopsis:
A cult of satan worshippers kidnap two children intending to use them as sacrifices. Instead of summoning Satan, the cult contacts the demon Koth, who kills the satanists and takes their souls. The children are rescued by Zator, a priest working for the mystic powers known as the Seven.

Zator brings the children back to the mystic space where the Seven dwell. The children are found to possess great psychic potential, so Zator trains them as mystics. When they reach maturity the children Doc and Rose are sent out into the real world.

Doc takes the name Richard Occult and studies to become a doctor. Rose becomes Rose Psychic and learns humanities. After each graduates from college, Doc opens a shop as a ghost detective with Rose as his partner. Business is slow, but eventually Doc makes a name for himself stopping supernatural menaces.

When Koth threatens the Sevem, Zator summons Doctor Occult. He is gifted with a costume, belt, and sword, and uses new powers to defeat Koth's armies. The Seven are impressed by Occult and now greet him as an equal. Doc then returns to Earth where he and Rose continue to fight supernatural evil.
