Synopsis:
Hop's successful rescue of refugees from China make him a national hero. As a result Prop's business increases and together Hop, Prop, and Ikky form the All-American Aviation Company. Ikky and Hop go out to celebrate. Ikky is nearly robbed by a nightclub girl. Hop saves the money, but his picture in the newspaper upsets Gerry.

Prop is contacted by the army to build a new plane. Spies attempt to steal the blueprints, but Ikky hides them until the spies can be caught. The police arrive, taking the spies into custody. However, the police also take Hop whose guardian Crass has reported him as a runaway.
