Synopsis:
Vigilante slips past the police as they search for him on a commuter train. A manhunt ensues. Vigilante races across the city to reach the capitol where Peacemaker threatens to kill Val Vostok and Harry Stein. He arrives just as Harry has gotten the jump on the Peacemaker. Vigilante then knocks out his opponent. Vostok promises to handle the police for him, while Christopher Smith is disarmed and incarcerated.
Elsewhere in the city, drug lords Ali and Hassim are dealing crack to rich kids including Bobby and his girlfriend Debbi. Also in a local bar, Jerry calls a hotline for help with his alcoholism.
