Synopsis:
The Vigilante tracks down a group of ordinary men who have followed his example and are taken violent vigilante action against minorities. Vigilante orders the group to cease their activities or he threatens to kill them. One of the group, Mitch, explains that his daughter Jenny has been kidnapped and refuses to give up. Vigilante agrees to help find the kidnapper.
Vigilante stakes out a school waiting for the kidnapper to strike again. When another kid is snatched, Vigilante chases the crook. Mitch gets in the way and has his throat slashed. Vigilante corners the kidnapper, but when the crook tries to escape Vigilante shoots him in the head. He is forced to flee before the police arrive, but not before searching for clues that could lead him to the missing children.
