This story continues in Fury of Firestorm #63.
Synopsis:
Martin Stein is discharged from the hospital against his doctor's advice. Ronnie takes him home where the professor explains his plan for nuclear disarmament. Firestorm then transforms the nuclear material in a missile in Kansas and a Soviet submarine into inert material. Firestorm then announces to the world that he will force both sides to continue disarmament.
