Synopsis:
Cliffland is menaced by giant creatures. Spectre tries to stop them, but is surprised by green rays from the eyes of the creatures, which weaken him. The creatures then disappear inside a museum.
Later Spectre interrupts two hoods holding up the Winston home. While Spectre is in action, the monsters strike again. Spectre leaves to deal with the monsters finding they live within a painting. He battles and defeats their leader and destroys the painting which served as their gateway into the real world. Finally, Spectre returns to save Clarice from the hoods.
