Synopsis:
The Firefly escapes from prison and challenges the Outsiders at a baseball stadium. The team doesn't take the villain seriously until he steals Halo's powers. Without her powers, Halo begins to die. Firefly then uses her powers for crime, but the Outsiders track him down again. They then force him to return her powers. Even though he was defeated, Firefly finally feels that he is worthy of respect. However, Looker uses her powers to make him forget his short-lived success and make him think that he is still a loser.
