Synopsis:
Cyborg visits Gotham City to receive an award from the Gotham City Humanitarian Society. Cynthia Adams, who nominated Cyborg for the award, then takes him to dinner. Cyborg, then escorts Cynthia back to her house while being watched by Two-Face.
Two-Face thinks Cyborg is a kindred spirit. He kidnaps Cynthia and forces the Teen Titan to disguise his appearance while following clues to find her. The residents of Gotham soon believe Cyborg is a monster and a police manhunt begins.
Cyborg follows all the clues and reaches Two-Face. After the psychological ordeal he is angry. Two-Face then claims to have killed Cynthia. Cyborg wants to take revenge, but he restrains himself proving that he is not the monster that Two-Face is. He then finds Cynthia who was forced to wear the villain's clothes. Cyborg rescues her and takes her home again.
