This story is continues from All-American Comics #16.
Synopsis:
Scribbly brings his horse Widow-Maker to his office. His boss throws him out. Scribbly tries bringing the horse home with him, but his mother refuses to let him keep it. Next Scribbly tries to house the horse at the Hunkels. He is refused there too. When he returns to the office, an insurance agent is harassing Macklin. The horse kicks the agent and chases him off. Macklin then offers to stable the horse for Scribbly.
