Synopsis:
The gang leader of Chinatown Sung Wah is assassinated along the docks. The Crimson Avenger learns that a new gang boss is trying to take over Chinatown and the entire city. He locates their hide-out and spies on their plans. He is momentarily captured, but he escapes and learns of their plan to destroy police headquarters. He uses his gas gun to put the crooks to sleep, but the gang boss activates a bomb. The Crimson Avenger has just enough time to escape the blast, but the gang does not.
