Synopsis:
Phil and Mary Coyle buy a house in a remote part of town. The locals don't want the new couple of move in. Soon, threats are made, and the house is vandalized. However, the sheriff won't act to protect the couple. When Phil's breaks are sabotaged, Mary is left in the house alone. A hooded figure threatens her.

When Phil returns he gets a gun. However, instead of using it to protect the house, he begins destroying evidence. He then chases Mary with the gun. He himself was responsible for the threats. His mind had snapped. However, Phil fails to kill his wife and is arrested. Judge Gallows then sentences him to a stay in a mental hospital.
