Synopsis:
Freddy, a puny newsboy, wants to join the boys in their football game. Fearing Freddy will only get hurt they don't let him play. Later when Toughy sees Freddy take a counterfeit bill, both boys follow the man who gave it to him. When Toughy finds a counterfeiting operation he summons Little Boy Blue and Tubby. Freddy assists in taking out the crooks by kicking a football into one of the men. Following the capture of the crooks, Freddy is allowed to join the football team as a kicker.
