Synopsis:
Joan is assaulted by members of a chinese hatchet cult when she follows a kidnapped doctor. Flash rescues her and begins investigating the cult. He learns that the doctor is being kidnapped in order to perform operations on white men which make them appear to be chinese.
Joan follows her own leads to a chinese man named Kai Fu. The man explains that his son Kong is leader of the cult. Kai Fu is then murdered.
Joan is soon kidnapped and nearly executed. Flash comes to the rescue again. He then unmasks Kong, who is really the kidnapped doctor in disguise.
