Synopsis:
Italian General Bandini who guards key passes in the Italian Alps plans to surrender his forces to the Americans. He was friends with General Ted Thomas before the war and requests that Thomas accept his surrender personally. The Hellcats are assigned to escort General Thomas to the meeting.

The Hellcats land in the Alps and are met by Bandini's daughter Carla. She guides them through the mountains while they are pursued by the Nazis led by General Von Hesse. The Nazis are better skiers, but the Americans survive. As the Hellcats make it through the final pass to reach Bandini, Von Hesse triggers an avalanche. Brute pulls Lt. Hunter to safety in time. The Nazis are buried, and the Hellcats succeed in bringing Thomas to meet Bandini.
