Synopsis:
27th Century particle physicist John Fox discovers a way to send himself back in time. He seeks the help of the three 20th Century Flashes to help save the people of his time from Manfred Mota, a former foe of each Flash. Mota has become an unstable nuclear creature which threatens to destroy their world.
Fox's mission in this past fails. He returns to his own time when their chronolab base is destroyed. His team dies, but Fox gains the powers of the Flash. Fox then uses his newfound powers to become a new Flash and defeats Mota.
