Synopsis:
Political boss Big Elmo threatens factory workers away from their jobs. Zatara pitches in and begins working at the factory himself. When Elmo sends men to eliminate Zatara, the magician humiliates them with his magic. Elmo continues to use his strong-arm tactics against Zatara and the factory, but he doesn't succeed in scaring them away. Zatara finally forces Elmo to turn himself in to police. The factory is then able to resume full operations as all the workers return to the job.
