Synopsis:
Mary James and Al Pratt visit a carnival in order to strike a deal to raise money for a school dance. Al suspects the carnival games are dishonest and returns later as the Atom for proof. When he finds it, he tells Mary who is in the process of making the deal with carnival owner Joe Fink. The crook then tries to eliminate her and the Atom by dumping them into the river. The Atom breaks free, then returns to the carnival to expose Fink's crooked operation.
