Synopsis:
While Vic Sage attends his high school reunion, Junior Musto breaks into a hospital and steals a human heart. He takes the heart to his father who is dying in the prison wing of the hospital. Junior forces the doctors to implant the heart in his father, then he asks for the Question.

The police release information to the media which eventually makes its way to Sage. The Question meets with Junior in the hospital. When Benno Musto dies from complications involved with the surgery, Junior plans to kill everyone. The Question tries to talk him out of it. When talking fails, he uses force to subdue Junior.
