Synopsis:
Just before his death in 1821, Napoleon left money to his associate the Duke De L'argent. The Duke never claimed the money which gathered interest for over one hundred years and is now worth millions. Shady lawyers Al Klipp and Mr. Fluke seek out the heir to the fortune with a plan to swindle the rich from their money. The lawyers approach Terry Sloane, trying to convince him that he is the rightful heir to the De L'argent fortune, but Terry is not interested.
Hearing news of the lawyers quest to find the heir, the Duke De L'argent Ze Tenth shows up with the original bank draft which has passed through the generations of his family. However, he wants no part of the money. After the Duke befriends Wanda Wilson, the lawyers try to steal the bank draft from him. Mr. Terrific stops them with the help of a zoo chimpanzee named Napoleon. The Duke then returns home to his family in Saint Helena.
