Synopsis:
Enemy Ace loses several pilots to a squadron of Frenchmen dressed in skeleton outfits. He saves the life of one man, Stefan, but his hands are burned in the process. While recovering from his injury, Von Hammer turns control of the squadron over to Wilhelm who begins searching for the secret airfield the French are using to stage attacks.
Von Hammer is haunted by the skeleton pilots that have killed his men. Wilhelm is killed by them in his absence. When Von Hammer recovers, he returns to the skies with Stefan who has lost his nerve. Enemy Ace is able to restore Stefan's confidence, but the young pilot dies during the next attack. However, Enemy Ace locates the hidden airfield and destroys it. The French pilots who survive are then forced to surrender.
