Synopsis:
A criminal known as the Tiger murders millionaire Thurston Drake and steals his jewels. Drake’s daughter Ellen tries to track Tiger down, but she is captured. Manhunter rescues Ellen and brings Tiger and his mob to the police. Tiger is killed in the battle.
