Comments:
This story is based on "The Batmen of All Nations" from the first story of Detective Comics #215.

Synopsis:
Green Arrow holds a convention for archers from around the world. Each country sends their own masked archer to the convention, where they can demonstrate their archery skills. The Bowman of Britain is replaced by a crook, who wants to kill Green Arrow. Green Arrow sees through the disguise and exposes the crook. The archers then pursue him with Green Arrow himself making the capture.
