Synopsis:
Tex and his new friend Ali-Baba have been captured by the Gorrah. Using hypnotism, the one-eyed villain takes control of Tex and forces him to retrieve secret plans detailing the positions of the fleet protecting Turkey. Bob Daley and Gargantua T. Potts notice that Tex is acting strangely, so they follow him. Tex continues to obey the Gorrah as the villain plans to sabotage the fleet.

However, Tex is not really hypnotized. When he has gathered enough evidence he turns on the Gorrah. Not wishing to be captured alive, the Gorrah appears to commit suicide. The plot to destroy the naval forces is stopped, and Tex receives the thanks of the prime minister.
