Synopsis:
The three dimwits apply for a research study on morons by Professor Fapworth. The professor tests each of the dimwits and determines that they are indeed morons. He then gives each of them basic intelligence tests.

When he checks in on them he is amazed to discover that each has displayed elements of genius. Blinky creates an anti-gravity device using a simple puzzle, Winky creates a symphony using only an aptitude block, and Noddy creates a portal to the fourth dimension using a child's blocks. Unfortunately, the creations are accidentally destroyed through incompetence of the dimwits. When the professor learns that they dimwits became morons by attending public school 6252, the professor enrolls himself, so that he might discover his own genius.
