Synopsis:
Sam Simeon sees a chimpaneze chained up. He breaks the chain and allows the monkey to go free. The organ grinder who owned the monkey returns from lunch in time to see what Sam has done. He then forces Sam to perform as his new monkey to replace the one that ran away.
