Synopsis:
Wanted gangster Bozo Brannigan contacts the Shining Knight claiming to fear for his life. Brannigan claims that a rival gangster Lumpy Lou wants to kill him. The Knight offers to protect Brannigan while the crook leads him to Lou.

The Shining Knight captures Lumpy Lou and his gang. After the battle Brannigan tries to double-cross Sir Justin. However, the Shining Knight was prepared for treachery and takes down Brannigan and his men too.
