Synopsis:
Philo Jones dreams that he will be robbed by High Hat Archie. Philo tells Wes Dodds about the dream and is overheard by Archie. The crook decides to make the dream a reality and proceeds to break into Philo's home. Sandman breaks up the robbery, which Philo also dreamed about. Archie escapes, but the Sandman follows one of High Hat's men back to his hide-out. Sandman then apprehends the gang.
