Synopsis:
Wes and Sandy stop at an inn to inquire about a stretch of road ahead. The innkeeper claims that no one who travels that road ever returns including his own son who was lost years earlier. Paying no heed to the warning the Sandman and Sandy start down the road where they see a man emerge from a rock wall. The man fires a ray gun that increases the effects of gravity on the Sandman and his partner. The increased weight of Sandman and his partner restrict their movements and allow them to be captured.

The heroes are taken to a concealed underground complex where many prisoners are held. Their captor calls himself Satan and locks them in a cell. Sandman manages to move a loose stone in the wall in order to escape. He finds one of the ray guns and uses it to reverse the gravity effect.

Sandman then finds evidence showing that Satan's plan was to prevent anyone from using the road. After a period of 20 years, he could claim the land for his own including the oil deposit underneath. The Sandman then proceeds to stop Satan and his men and rescue the prisoner including the innkeeper's son.
