Synopsis:
On the planet Gaea, Supergirl is imprisoned as a suspected agent of a revolutionary movement. Though she pleads her case at trial, she has no evidence to support her. The testimony of Dick Malvin, secretly an A.R.M. agent, is enough to convict her. Supergirl is then exiled from Gaea.

Malvin then takes power and installs A.R.M. agents to key cabinet posts. Using strongarm tactics Malvin and his fellow conspirators take control of the country. Supergirl returns in time to prevent the execution of those who oppose Malvin. She then exposes his treachery and halts the revolution. When the people understand that she was framed, Supergirl is honored as a hero by the people of Gaea.
