Synopsis:
Steve Trevor's wealthy friend Angus Richman is pursued by a large tiger. He tries to get help from Steve, but the tiger attacks. Wonder Woman saves Steve, but loses track of the tiger. Later the tiger follows Richman, causing him to faint. The tiger then brings Richman to his master Tigra Tropica.

Tropica hypnotizes Richman into paying her one hundred thousand dollars. She then sends him home with two tigers and no memory of the pay off. When Richman regains consciousness at home, he suffers a heart attack upon seeing the tigers.

Steve Trevor arrives at Richman's home and discovers his dead friend. He also finds a receipt for the tigers in Richman's pocket. The tigers attack Steve and bring him to Tropica. She then uses Steve as a hostage against Wonder Woman. However, the Amazon prevails and captures Tropica promising to take her to Reform Island.
