Synopsis:
Skimpy Sills breaks out of the reform school on the outskirts of Smallville. Superboy helps to track him down. The boy explains that the guard Evil-Eye Gratch is trying to kill him. The Boy of Steel disguises himself as Skimpy and is returned to the school where he gains proof that Gratch is corrupt. Superboy then exposes Gratch to the reform school officials and praises Skimpy for overcoming his past.
