Synopsis:
Captain Cold breaks five old men out of prison and restores their youth using his cold gun. The Flash is baffled when he captures two of the men during a robbery. He investigates and deduces that Captain Cold was responsible for their escape. He then tracks down the Rogue by tracing the radiation emitted from the cold gun. However, Captain Cold outduels his opponent and traps the Flash in suspended animation.
Captain Cold then renews his pursuit of aged actress Laura Lamont who has gone into hiding. By following Iris Allen, Cold is able to find the actress and profess his love. He restores her beauty and youth, then proposes marriage.
Instead of calling the justice of the peace, Captain Cold calls his friend Heat Wave. He brags about defeating the Flash. Heat Wave then frees the Scarlet Speedster because he wants the glory for himself. When the Flash is restored, he defeats both criminals. Laura Lamont then makes herself look old again because she never wanted to be turned young again.
