Synopsis:
Stenographer Sally Barnes is accused of witchcraft after her wishes begin coming true. When her powers accidentally kills her boss, she is sentenced to death. The JSA intervenes to prove Sally's innocence. Sally tells them that her trouble began after dreaming about a magic dwarf. The JSA investigates her story and discovers a secret passage to the other-worldly dimension of Fairyland.
The JSA enters Fairyland where they are caught in a battle between the evil Lorelei and the good denizens of the land. Also following the team into the land of magic is an escaped convict named the Slicer. The Slicer teams with Lorelei to battle the JSA. The team storms Lorelei's castle, and despite her magic, forces the evil woman to flee.
Wonder Woman discovers a magic Cap of Knowledge which allows her to learn the background of Fairyland. Rapunzel and the Wise Woman came up with a plan to save Fairyland. They tricked the dwarf Rumpelstiltskin into giving Sally Barnes magic powers during the one day when Fairyland and Earth were connected. The Wise Woman realized the JSA would come to help.
The evil denizens of Fairyland escape through the portal to Earth where they cause large amounts of damage. The JSA follows and battles the villains to a standstill. When Fairyland and Earth separate for the next 1,000 years, the magic keeping Lorelei and her followers young is removed. They crumble to dust. Finally, Hawkman gathers the remaining magic items and disposes of them.
