Synopsis:
After Johnny is knocked unconscious Peachy Pet gains control of his Thunderbolt. She uses the genie to force neighborhood parents to allow their children to play with her outside in the snow at night. Johnny awakens, but is acting oddly due to the blow to his head. Parents begin chasing him as do the police after Old Man Sourgrapes reports the children are rioting.

Johnny runs into the police station then Peachy and her friends lock the police and parents in a jail cell. Johnny hits his head again and regains his senses. He releases the caged adults who blame him for his daughter's behavior. He then chases Peachy Pet seeking retribution.
