Synopsis:
Crime boss Harald Carvath forms a gang of Second Guessers. The crooks learn from the mistakes of other criminals who failed. They then pull the same robberies without making the mistakes. However, their methods give Hawkman a clue to where they will strike next. He interrupts one of the gang's robberies. While Hawkman takes on the crooks, Hawkgirl follows Carvath. She is captured, as is Hawkman when he follows her. The Hawks then trick their captors and escape. Lastly, Hawkman tracks down Carvath and stops him from robbing a millionaire.
