Synopsis:
After receiving a call from a bill collector, Wally West is accosted by Nadine Calhoon, an associate of Manfred Mota. She tells Wally about Mota's plan to attack Central City. Wally races to confront Mota who has a new atomic powered suit. The Flash is easily beaten. Mota is annoyed to discover that Wally is not the original Flash that beat he years earlier.
Wally recovers, then he seeks help at a nearby nuclear power plant. He is directed to disgraced scientist Dr. Ronald Fisher. The scientist tells Wally to depressurize Mota's hydrogen tanks. Wally does so before Fisher can explain that doing so will also result in an explosion. Wally triggers the blast. Mota melts into the Earth's crust, while Flash carries all the nearby people to safety.
John Fox then shows up. Wally thinks he is a bill collector. Before Fox can explain himself, he disappears.
