Synopsis:
The super ape that once took over Captain Comet's body is put on trial for the murder of Professor Sarcon. The ape escapes after mentally taking control of the judge. He then joins forces with a group of gangsters.

Captain Comet hopes to locate the gorilla. He is contacted by one of the gang members and led into a trap. Fortunately he expected the trick and diverts the gangsters while he stops the gorilla. The police capture the gang, while Captain Comet takes the super ape back into custody.
