Synopsis:
The people of Earth awaken one morning to discover that an entire day is missing. Only Captain Comet knows the truth. Aliens from the planet Cathor used a Somno-Ray to put everyone on Earth to sleep. The ray did not affect Captain Comet, who remained awake. He then thwarted the alien invasion attempt and sent the aliens back to their own world. After 24 hours the effects Somno-Ray wore off and the people awakened without knowing that an entire day had passed.
