Synopsis:
When a ransom demand arrives for Jack and Janet Drake, the Gotham police set a trap. The ransom is retrieved by a biker gang. One of them escapes from police with the money and delivers it to his contact. Batman follows the contact to the airport and eventually to Haiti.
Meanwhile, Tim continues the investigation into the Moneyspider who has been stealing money from bank accounts. Tim's search leads him to Anarky, who is currently in the custody of the Gotham Juvenile Correction Hall. Tim exposes Anarky's activities and puts a stop to them.
